Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are delivered in 3-10 business days - the total time from order to doorstep. Deliveries outside the EU can take a few days longer because of customs clearance.
Delivery cost
- Standard tracked delivery - EUR 5.99.
- Free delivery on orders over EUR 500.

Delivery area
From obdera.eu we deliver to every EU country except Lithuania and Poland, and to the rest of Europe, including Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, the Vatican, the Western Balkans, Moldova and Ukraine. Customers in Lithuania order from obdera.lt and customers in Poland from obdera.pl. We do not deliver to Russia or Belarus.
Customs outside the EU
Goods ship from within the EU, so deliveries inside the EU carry no customs charges. For destinations outside the EU, import VAT, customs duty and carrier handling fees may be charged by the destination country on delivery. These charges are not included in our prices and are paid by the recipient.
On receipt
Please inspect the package on delivery. If it is damaged, note this in the courier's documents or refuse the parcel, and tell us immediately at info@obdera.lt or +370 622 05027. Risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the buyer at the moment of delivery.
Delays outside our control
Carrier delays, customs handling and force majeure events are outside our control. Where a delay becomes significant we will contact you and you may cancel the order for a full refund.
