Delivery across Europe
We deliver to every EU country and to the rest of Europe - including Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and the Western Balkans - for 5,99 €, arriving in 3-10 business days. Orders over 500 € ship free. That is the total time from order to doorstep, not transit alone. Customers in Lithuania and Poland order from obdera.lt and obdera.pl.

Customs
Inside the EU there are no customs charges - goods ship from within the EU, so there is no import duty or clearance fee. Outside the EU - for example Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Serbia or Ukraine - your local customs may charge import VAT, duty or a handling fee on delivery, and clearance can add a few days. These charges are not included in our price and are paid by the recipient.

VAT and invoices
Obdera is not VAT registered, so the price you see carries no reclaimable VAT and we cannot issue a VAT invoice. You receive an ordinary sales invoice for your records.
Important on receipt
Inspect the package on delivery. If it is damaged, note this in the courier's documents or refuse the parcel, and tell us immediately at info@obdera.lt or on +370 622 05027. Risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the buyer at the moment of delivery.
